Instagram launches series of videos to explain the main rules of content

Those who create content daily on Instagram have possibly already had a photo or video removed for breaking the platform rules, perhaps without understanding why.

The rules that govern the coexistence of such a wide and diverse community can be hard to understand. That’s why we invited seven well-known Brazilian creators to help explain Instagram’s Community Guidelines.

The series kicked off with the basics, presented by a fun puppet called Adenia (@affthehype) In the first episode, she introduces the subject explaining what are, indeed, the Instagram Community Guidelines. Then, Lorrane Silva (@_pequenalo), Dora Figueiredo (@dorafigueiredo), Gabriela Loran (@gabrielaloran), Victor Lamoglia (@victorlamoglia), Cris Guterres (@crisguterres) and the character Thuany (@theodoro) talk about how Instagram deals with hate speech, nudity, spam, bullying and harassment on the platform. In addition to explaining the rules, the videos contain valuable tips and examples on how to express yourself creatively while respecting the Community Guidelines.
