Level up your audio and captions on Edits

Your content deserves to reach beyond language barriers and beyond the same audience. These updates help your videos land with more people, wherever they are.

Reach viewers who speak a different language by automatically translating your captions into a secondary language. Available in 15 languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Korean, Japanese, French, German, Indonesian, Russian, Gujarati, Bengali, Italian, Thai and Kannada.

How to access: Tap the Captions button in the bottom toolbar, then tap ‘Bilingual captions.’ Select a secondary language from the list and tap ‘Generate captions.’

Generate lyrics from your selected music, and style them like any other caption.

How to access: Add music to your timeline, then tap Captions and select “Lyrics.” Edits will generate the lyrics from your selected track.

You can now find audio based on vibes like chill or bossy, and interests like fashion and travel so you can find the right track faster.

How to access: Tap the Audio icon, then use the search filters to browse by vibe (like ‘chill’ or ‘bossy’) or by interest (like ‘fashion’ or ‘travel’).

Bring in sound from outside the music library. You can extract audio directly from a video or import an audio file from your device, then save it to reuse across future projects. Perfect for recurring intros or signature sounds.

How to access: Tap the Audio icon, then click on the folder icon. You can either extract audio from a video or browse your files. Once added, you can choose to rename it or keep it as is. This file will be saved in your library for other projects.
